HOLESAWS

VIKING offers 4 different types of hole saws, each suited for a specific application or way of use.
The most common type is Bi-Metal holesaws primarily for steel and stainless steel cutting – these are available as a holesaw with built-in arbor or as a holesaw to be fitted to an arbor.
The white Carbide Cut holesaws with carbide tipped teeth are recommended for cutting of non-ferrous materials such as wood, MDF, particle and plaster board, plastic, fiberglass, soft aerated concrete, leca, soft bricks and wall tiles (until scratch hardness 6).
While in stock, the black carbide tipped holesaws with 3 TPI are recommended for cutting of abrasive materials such as fiberglass and particle board. Not recommended for ferrous metals.
